Kurve: This futuristic Pan-Asian bistro hugging a busy corner of Second Avenue and Fifth Street was under construction for so long that owner Andy Yang found time to open another restaurant, Rhong-Tiam, in the meantime. Look for Yang's tantalizing dishes from dim sum to $90 Wagyu prime rib, desserts by P*ong's Pichet Ong, and Karim Rashid's MoMA-worthy pink and white design to make up for the long wait. |
